We loved our lovely stay at The Nayland Hotel a lot. Everything was good during our 2-night stay with our kids. The location was great; there was an expansive park nearby and the area was peaceful. The staff was superbly friendly and amicable, the room was modern. The breakfast at the nice restaurant included boiled eggs, butter, jam, cheese, and toast, which we much appreciated.

The hotel was fairly clean and in an unbeatable and brilliant location. The rooms were neat and air-conditioned in the basement which was also the size of a cupboard - we liked it. The breakfast had plenty of toast, cheese, jam, hardboiled eggs and butter. Tbh, had a relaxing stay for one night.

Very well located hotel, just a few meters from the Paddington stop. It fulfilled perfectly what we were looking for, a hotel where to spend the night, since during the day we were getting to know the city. It is true that the room is a bit small, especially the bathroom, but for us it was not a problem. The room was clean. The simple but correct breakfast: coffee, tea, toast, butter, jam, cereals, some sausage, juice and boiled eggs. The friendly receptionists. You have the option to buy drinks at the reception. The area is very good, full of shops and restaurants.
For putting some stickiness in it the day we left we asked them to keep our bags for a few hours and they don't have a specific room where to keep them. They leave them at the reception desk in full view of everyone, without names. You arrive and tell them that you are going to get the suitcase and nobody controls you if you take yours or the neighbour's. But, well, we left them there, and although it's true that we didn't have a problem.
